6. Test the Contacts – Test the contacts on the motor’s terminal box using an ammeter. This will help identify any loose connections that could cause problems during operation.

7. Test the Windings – Test the windings using an ohmmeter. This will help identify any damaged windings that could lead to a malfunctioning motor.

Once all of these tests have been completed, the motor should be ready to operate. However, it is important to remember to follow all safety protocols when working with motors and electrical equipment. By taking the time to properly test a three-phase, two-speed motor, you can ensure that it will run as efficiently and effectively as possible.
